A great video on TED.
Its a talk by Prof Leonard Susskind of Stanford titled "My friend Richard Feynman". Prof Susskind gives his memories of Prof Feynman.One thing which particularly struck me was Prof Feynman's view that if a person can't explain something in a simple way , then that person just does not understand the subject!
I guess this is probably the essence of a good Teacher.No matter how complicated the subject is , a good Teacher makes it very simple!

I liked the statement that "If you couldn't explain something simply, you haven't understood it". Can't agree with it more.
